We begin with an in-person visit to assess your home, establish desired outcomes, and understand your experience of living there. Next, we use energy modelling software to evaluate the options and discuss them with you to agree on the preferred approach. Finally, we prepare your Retrofit Strategy: an illustrated report that sets out our recommendations for improving your home, including indicative costs, phasing, and any further information requirements.

Our Retrofit Strategy is a standalone service designed to clarify how to make meaningful improvements to your home on a timescale that suits your needs. We'll do our best to give you plenty of guidance and point you in the right direction. This is intended to be a standalone service focused solely on retrofit measures. For clients looking to make additional changes, such as an extension or remodelling, we will incorporate a retrofit strategy into our architectural design services.
